It was listed in the first week of February at a price that I thought was a little aggressive with an open house on the first Saturday in February. By the following week Ryan had 17 offers. By the time the final offers were made, all but two were above the asking price. A Purchase & Sale Agreement was signed on the eleventh of February and it closed on the nineteenth of March. During the entire process Ryan was professional, courteous, and always optimistic. None of the inevitable bumps in the process caused him concern. He has seen it all before and knows how to deal with it. Over the years I have dealt with eight realtors and none came close to Ryan's capabilities. Finally all of this happened during the worst winter on record. I am still in amazement with what Ryan was able to accomplish.

And as first-time home buyers, it was also wonderful to have someone as patient as Mian by our side, since it took us several trips and a good deal of hand-holding just to understand what our preferences were (old vs. new, house vs. condominium, etc.). Mian was so attentive and what really impressed me was during my home inspection.
