Courtney joined Wilson Group with over 12 years of management and operations experience, combined with several years of being a licensed real estate agent. Utilizing her skillset in building operational systems and real estate knowledge, Courtney can help the team create, implement, and execute streamlined systems allowing for a top-notch client experience. When Courtney isn’t working you’ll find her spending time with her husband and twin daughters. She loves planning outdoor activities for her family and trying new restaurants. She just “has to” get an espresso martini at every restaurant she goes to and recently mastered making them at home!
Mian LaVallee is a Seller’s and Buyer’s Agent who lives by her own version of the Golden Rule: Do unto others as you would have done to you, but better. That’s why she answers emails with lightning speed and goes the extra mile to remember everything from her clients’ kids’ birthdays to their favorite architectural styles. She’s also quick to offer a recommendation on anything you need, from the best grocery store in the neighborhood to the perfect martini recipe. Mian has a nose for the finer things in life, including wine in all its varietals. She can also sniff out the real estate market before anyone else: If you call her about a listing that just popped up online, don’t be surprised to find out that she saw it while you were still sleeping and already sent you an email about it. When she’s not hard at work, Mian loves to throw parties and spend time with her three children.
After learning the ins and outs as Wilson Group’s first Buyers Agent back in 2013, Patrick moved up the ranks to Lead Buyers Agent and, eventually, to Partner at Wilson Group. Representing Buyers, Sellers, and Investors, Patrick is an agent known for his eye to detail and ability to educate his clients. With an interest in real estate development, completing home renovation projects, and having attended hundreds of home inspections over the years, Patrick knows what improvements will provide the highest ROI or what a particular project may entail. His analytical skills shine when looking at potential investment opportunities, cash on cash returns, and negotiating the best deals for his clients. When he isn’t working on his own home improvement projects, you can find him spending time with his wife and two children, exercising, or reading/listening to podcasts. Ryan Wilson is the owner and CEO of the Wilson Group. Running his own real estate team is the culmination of a dream that began during childhood, when a new housing development went up in his neighborhood. Watching the construction process and the happy new owners finally move in made him realize that he wanted to help others find that same level of joy in a home of their own. In addition to dedicating his career to the Wilson Group, Ryan is President of Alex’s Team Foundation, a local charity that supports the fight to cure childhood cancer. Though Ryan is always on the go, he keeps his phone charged and ready to connect with clients whenever they need him. He recharges his own batteries by traveling with his wife and enjoying a good steak dinner.
