In a multiple offer situation, Alexis was able to negotiate, and help us write the best offer possible in our situation (with a home sale contingency). They accepted ours. And getting our offer accepted was only part of what she did for us. We still had a home to sell and two transactions to get through. Her advice helped us make decisions we felt confident about, and she was patient through the house visits, the showings of our own home, and all our questions along the way. She respected everyone’s time and always made us feel that ours mattered, too. Her network deserves credit as well. The photographer, lender, attorney, and her team were excellent. Having people we could trust working together made such a difference when so much needed to come together. What stayed with me through all of this was how Alexis treated people. We felt personally cared for, and we saw that same consideration in the way she worked with others. She earned the kind of trust that makes you recommend someone to your own family. And now I’m writing this from the deck of our dream home, looking out at trees still holding their red and yellow leaves. After everything it took to get here, I get to sit here and enjoy it.
